In natural Nashville fashion, Jack and Leila met at a concert. To be specific, their paths crossed at The End on December 16th, 2022 as Leila sold merch for Circle Fest (shout out Watson Maack) and Jack had just moved home from Chattanooga. Although this was the first official meeting the sparks really started after Leila saw him featured in a GQ style photoshoot (shout out Connor Petersen). Numbers were acquired and Jack visited Leila at every single one of her jobs; from Nothing Personal, to Frothy Monkey, even Perfect Tenn (a Nashville T-Shirt store). He helped on photoshoots with Rachel Morris, acted as a ladder, along with countless adventures to Mt. Juliet together to drop off film. On January 29th, 2023 they officially started dating and not even 2 weeks later flew to New York because why not.

On March 3rd, 2025 Jack asked Leila to marry him in Portland, Maine, at his favorite spot growing up. They celebrated that night by sitting at the bar of High Rollers, drinking a beer, and eating Connecticut style Lobster Rolls. The next day they enjoyed their favorite band Inhaler, and then made their way to Amsterdam, Germany, and Paris until finally flying home to celebrate with friends and family.
